Habit Arc Privacy Policy

Habit Arc is designed to store your habit data on your device.

Data the app stores

The app can store:

• Habit names, descriptions, schedules, and reminder times
• Habit completion history and optional duration entries
• Journal notes and enjoyment selections
• Daily check-in values such as mood, stress, energy, and sleep quality
• Automaticity check scores
• Onboarding and app preference state

How the app uses data

The app uses this data only to:

• Show your habits, reminders, and growth screens
• Schedule local reminder notifications on your device
• Export or import a backup file when you choose that action

Data sharing and collection

• The app does not include ads, analytics SDKs, or third-party trackers.
• The app does not upload your habit data to a developer-operated server.
• The app does not sell your data.

Notifications

If you enable reminders, the app requests notification permission so it can post local habit reminders on your device.

Backups

The app does not use Android cloud backup for app data.

If you use the backup feature in Settings, the app exports a JSON file to the location you choose. Imported backups are read only from the file you select.

Your choices

You can:

• Disable reminders at any time
• Delete habits and their history inside the app
• Export your data to a JSON backup file
• Import a backup file from local storage
• Uninstall the app to remove its on-device data

Habit Arc is a habit and wellness support app. It is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition.
